Just Walk is an exciting sponsored 1 day walking event, for anyone, including children, wanting to fundraise for MS Research charity. This is a fantastic family sponsored UK charity walk on 7^th^ May 2011. It offers enthusiastic walkers the chance to experience a breathtaking walk in the picturesque South Downs in West Sussex generate funds for MS Research charity.
MS Research charity needs your support now more than ever to raise £1 million to fund research to find practical solutions to the everyday problems encountered by those with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). You and your friends, can choose to participate in either a 10km fund raising walk, a 20km or a 40km harder trek or a whopping 60km. Walkers get given a full event pack once they have signed up for the event, which is packed full of training advice, safety, route information plus details of the event. Once you have paid an event fee, ALL the money you raise will go to MS Research charity. So, whether you raise £10 or £10,000 , MS Research charity will get it ALL. There are no hidden overheads.
The event begins at 8am (for the 40 & 60km) and 10am (for the 10 & 20km routes) at Goodwood Racecourse near Chichester, each walk follows a circular route along footpaths and lanes, passing through spectacular woodlands and picturesque villages, before finishing back at the Racecourse. Marshal run stations will be placed along all routes to provide refreshments, toilet facilities and medical support.
