Some people will go to any lengths to support multiple sclerosis research!
Emma and her friends have even taken off (many of) their clothes!!
Emma Bass from The King’s Arms pub in Oakhampton, North Devon, came up with the idea of making a calendar in aid of MS Research charity with some friends. They accepted the challenge and have taken off (many of) their clothes with no hesitation for Nik Foster who took all the photographs!!
Emma explains that she is doing this because she has strong understanding of Multiple Sclerosis (MS):
My husband has MS, and he is in pain every day. He suffers in silence as there is nothing he can do to relieve it. He is constantly tired and suffers from muscle tremors along with having to face the fact it may one day get worse and he could end up in a wheelchair or worse. He puts on such a brave face I do not realize sometime how much he is suffering and I am not as sympathetic as I should be but he is my hero.
